New Delhi, May 07, 2020: Recently, a webinar on ‘Neral –Karjat: Mumbai’s future’ was held by key developers in the Neral-Karjat area which focused on the area to be the next preferred destination for Mumbai’s first home buyers. Groups like Labdhi Lifestyle, Puranik Group, and a few other developers participated as panelists. The webinar discussed commercial real estate growth, future development of the Neral-Karjat area, and how to address growth in sales. The webinar was a good success with more than 875 registrations, 532 unique participants on the Zoom app, 200+ participants via FB Live as well as 225+ channel partners were also part of the event.

Labdhi Lifestyle which has 100 years of the collective experience has a well-designed township project in Neral called Labdhi Gardens which provides more than 20 high-class amenities. The Group believes in affordable yet high-class development for its customers. The Chief Executive Officer of Labdhi Lifestyle Limited, Mr. Vikas Jain mentioned in the webinar, “I thank all the participants for enthusiastically participating in this webinar. Neral is an area that not only has good connectivity and a clean environment but is also affordable. Neral-Karjat area has witnessed an impressive growth of 400% in unit registrations over the last 4 years. The Y-o-Y growth last year in Neral alone was 20%. The commercial real estate is expected to increase since many IT and Data companies as well as KPOs, BPOs are shifting their offices to this area. Also, commercial rent is quite affordable compared to other commercial hubs like Thane, Vashi, etc. The value of projects being developed in the Neral-Karjat area is more than Rs. 10,000 Cr.”

Mr. Shailesh Puranik, Managing Director of Puranik Builders Pvt Ltd said that “The area is no more a second home destination; we can foresee that it soon will be a big affordable housing destination with more than 55,000 homes being developed. Neral-Karjat has a bright future and developers see a good opportunity in this belt. . There is an immense potential in the area and it has been performing very well in terms of sales for the past 5-6 years. With little push from the market, it will flourish pretty well in the coming years. If the developers take collective efforts with the government, Neral-Karjat will be the next big residential and commercial hub with good infrastructure and facilities.”

The developers are very optimistic about the growth of the Neral-Karjat belt. With a good response from the attendees, the group has decided to plan their next webinar soon to discuss further potential and development strategies of the Neral-Karjat area.
