View of Mr Hiranandani-Webinar with Min. Aditya Thackeray

New Delhi April 22, 2020: I applaud Shri Aditya Thackeray’s vision. He envisages a Maharashtra which is a national leader logging growth in industry, manufacturing and tourism to enhance employment generation and increase revenue. I particularly loved his inclusive thought process. While the entire real estate industry stands in solidarity with the authorities to fight this pandemic, there are some challenges our fraternity is facing. In response, he mentioned ways to make the state favourable in terms of not just administration, legislature and executive, but also ensure people’s participation in driving a growth-oriented multi-layer wheel of growth. He has concurred with the serious issues raised by the Industry and also has assured taking of right steps in concurrence with the same. This will be a win-win for government, Industry and people.
