Vianaar Homes Pvt Ltd conquers the real estate market in Goa in a Short Span of Time

Bengaluru, February 18, 2016: Vianaar Homes Pvt Ltd. was incorporated in 2007 and is headed by Varun Nagpal and his sister Naina Nagpal. This dynamic duo of engineer (Varun) and architect (Naina) soon led the company to establish itself as a pioneer in developing beautiful holiday homes in Goa. Goa was the preferred choice as both of them felt that there was a vacuum in the Goan real estate market which needed to be filled. Research showed that there were plenty of holiday homes in Goa. However, half of these were at the lower end of the spectrum and lacked design and quality and the other half which did meet these requirements were too expensive. Vianaar Homes Pvt Ltd. was born with the aim of building beautiful homes at affordable prices.

Vianaar has its Head Office in New Delhi and a Branch Office in Panjim.

The company boasts of many successfully completed Goa real estate projects (both villas and apartments) in Reis Magos, Salvador Do Mundo and Siolim. It prides itself in delivering projects on time and also surpassing client’s expectations. All projects are designed and executed by the company’s in house construction and design team. The company goes a step further and offers services even after occupation. These include but are not limited to housekeeping, 24*7 security, car rentals, concierge services, doctor on call, grocery shopping, yoga and wellness courses etc. Vianaar also pays heed to eco design and incorporates this aspect into all their projects too.

8 years on, Vianaar Homes Pvt Ltd. is known for exactly what Varun and Naina envisioned – beautiful designs, unmatched luxury, and quality construction all at reasonable prices. The company is one of the best real estate developers in Goa today.

It is no small surprise that Vianaar is now a name that symbolizes happy homes in Goa.

Varun Nagpal, Managing Partner of Vianaar Homes Pvt Ltd., grew up in Amritsar, Punjab and moved to Delhi in 2001 to study engineering at the Institute of Technology and Management (ITM University), Gurgaon.

He moved into the real estate field in 2005 as he realized that his future lay down this road. _“Everyone was investing in real estate and so was my family which gave me some exposure in this field. “_ He established a contracting firm in 2006 which gave him hands on experience in construction. He founded Vianaar Homes Pvt Ltd. Along with his sister Naina Nagpal the following year and has made significant inroads into the construction business since then. The success of Vianaar Homes Pvt Ltd. is testimony enough to this.
