‘Unisys’ project, awarded BEST PROJECT – ARCHITECTURE & PMC at the iNFHRA FM Excellence Awards held at Bengaluru

Banglore, October 26, 2017: – Vestian, an occupier focused workplace solutions firm, was conferred the ‘Best Project – Architecture & PMC’ at the recently concluded 2^nd edition of the iNFHRA FM Excellence Awards 2017 held in Bengaluru on October 11, 2017.

The recognition was awarded for the prestigious Unisys project, where Vestian was appointed as PMC. Spread across six floors, the Unisys facility is over 200,000 sq. ft. and was completed in a span of 45 days, one of the shortest delivery schedules in project management. This quick turnaround was possible because of unerring clarity on part of Unisys team and their unflagging support. Also, effective planning and strategic management, mitigation of procurement hurdles and optimal manpower utilization were other factors that made this feat possible. The result was creation of one of the most productive workplaces to be built in India, with customization imbibed on each floor.
