With this expansion, Urban Vault’s total footprint in Pune now stands at 3,500 seats across 1.40 lakh sq. ft., covering three high-demand locations—two in Baner and one in Viman Nagar. Urban Vault has taken up 42,000 sq. ft. of Grade-A workspace at Phoenix Fountainhead, Viman Nagar a premium location, adding 1,200 seats.
