TVS Emerald Signs Housing.com as Official Partner for Digital Marketing

The real estate market in India to witness digital innovation through this strategic deal

Chennai, August 11, 2016: TVS Emerald, the real-estate division of the USD 7 billion TVS Group, has signed a strategic deal with Housing.com, India’s most innovative real estate platform. As part of the deal, Housing.com will be the official partner for TVS Emerald to offer digital marketing solutions to the company for a period of one year.

The digital marketing solutions from Housing.com is a specialized offering that covers a wide gamut of services that have been developed in-house for the real estate sector. The scope of this partnership entails content creation and digital media that include a gamut of services like Slice View, Area Wiki, Falcon, search engine marketing, display network, lead generation and lead management.

TVS Emerald has successfully completed their first project Green Hills in Perungalathur, Chennai consisting of 448 Apartments and 123 Villas on 15 acres of land. This project is completely sold out and possession was given ahead of the schedule. Currently, TVS Emerald has an on-going project, Green Acres in 18 acres of land in Kolapakkam (near Tambaram), Chennai.
