The Wadhwa Group in association with MICL & Chandak Group, receives OC for Towers D & E of its iconic project ‘Atmosphere 02’, Mulund

Mumbai, October 11, 2023:  Atmosphere Realty Pvt. Ltd., a consortium of The Wadhwa Group, Man Infra Construction Limited and Chandak Group has received the Occupation Certificate (OC) for towers ‘D’ and ‘E’, part of its iconic project ‘Atmosphere O2’ at Mulund. The developer is handing over homes to buyers, 15 months ahead of the scheduled timeline. Since Japanese Conglomerate Marubeni is associated with the project, they have guided on improved functionality and many of those suggestions have also been incorporated in the project.
