The Property Fest opens avenues of investments for NRIs

New Delhi, October 16, 2016: The Property Fest kicked off on Friday in Abu Dhabi showcasing ongoing and upcoming projects from reputed developers and builders across India and the UAE.

The two-day event was inaugurated by Sudhir Shetty, COO – Global Operations, UAE Exchange, along with Mohammed El Sheikh of Emirates Dairy in the presence of leading property builders, real estate professionals and a crowd of eager visitors to the property show. With over 40 exhibitors at the show, customers will be able to look at a spectrum of properties available, different investment options, along with exclusive deals, discounts, offers on new projects, pre-launch offers and make a choice of their dream home in their budget at the locations they want to.

The show brings together top notch property developers from major Indian cities such as Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Goa, Kerala, Gurgaon, Noida and also property developers from the UAE.

Some of the reputed names participating in the Property Fest include market leaders like Peninsula Land, WTC Noida, The Wadhwa Group, L& T Realty, Sunteck Realty, Godrej Properties, Asset Homes, Kolte-Patil, Nyati Group, Akar Realty, Lokaa Developers, PropTiger, Shoba, Salarpuria Sattva, Puravankara, Baashyaam Constructions. Developers participating from the UAE include Azizi Projects, Damac, Schon Properties, Shoba Hartland among others.

The Property Fest is a must attend event for all those people who are planning to buy their dream home or make an ideal investment. It will remain open for visitors today from 10am to 8pm with free entry.
