The A to Z of Residential Real Estate, Amazon’s bestselling book on realty applauded by stalwarts

Gurugram, December 10, 2021: Haryana RERA Chairman Dr. Khandelwal has acknowledged the book, The A to Z of Residential Real Estate, terming it as a valuable guide for every Indian Home Buyer and sees its potential to be a self-training and evaluation module for Channel Partners. Declared Amazon’s best-selling book on realty, the chief guest at RCC 2021 event held in Gurgaon, took in-depth glace of the book and highly praised the efforts of the author, Mr. Ashwinder R. Singh.

A lot of investors and homebuyers present at the event were happy to receive copies of the book from the author, himself.

Ashwinder R Singh is a renowned real estate veteran. His first-of-its-kind comprehensive book on real estate has been already guiding thousands of home buyers and investors to take the right decision as it enunciates the dos and don’ts at each stage of the homebuying process. The book is now an established ready reckoner for Channel Partners in the housing sector, helping brokers devise cutting edge digital marketing strategies to acquire consumers at the lowest cost and also enabling them to establish technology platforms for navigating the challenging pandemic era successfully.

Vinod Behl, a senior real estate journalist, edited the book, which according to him not only dispel myths but also help buyers in making informed decisions.

Mr. Arjun Agarwal, MD, Bhartiya Urban had launched the book in June this year and explained that he sees the book as an authentic and long-lasting value add to the Indian Housing sector and home buyers in particular.

The book also talks about home loans, construction finance, rent vs buy and contemporary construction technological breakthroughs, which is being recognized by leading real estate developers and industry bodies like CREDIA, NAREDCO and BDA Mumbai.
