The brainchild of Mr. T. Chitty Babu, a skilled civil engineer turned passionate entrepreneur, Akshaya Private Limited, began its journey with a crystal clear blue print – to make dreams and aspirations of a perfect living come true.

As a responsible corporate citizen Akshaya has joined hands with IGBC (Indian Green Building Council) as founding member to build only Green Buildings with 15 certified / pre-certified projects with 4 platinum, 6 Gold, 3 Silver and 2 Green Certified. Akshaya is the proud recipient of the “Achievement Award for Best Project” at the prestigious “Vishwakarma Award 2011” from Construction industry Development Council for “Adora” project and “Vishwakarma Award 2012” from Construction Industry Development Council for projects ”Domaine” and “Adena”. Also Akshaya received multiple “Best Projects Award 2012” from CNBC Awaaz.

The slew of accolades, awards and applause have had only one effect. As Chairman & CEO, T. Chitty Babu put it, “Akshaya means eternal. So complacency cannot be in our blood, by design. Mr. T. Chitty Babu is the Executive Committee Member of IGBC, Chairman of COC (Code of Conduct) & CGRF (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum) of CREDAI (Confederation of the Real Estate Developers Association of India), Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and he has been a leading light of the real estate industry. In the last decade, he’s held many key positions in CREDAI including that of National Secretary, President – Tamil Nadu and President – Chennai. He’s also a former Convenor of the Infrastructure Panel of CII Chennai and present Chairman of CII Smart City. And he’s a member of the CII National Committee on Real Estate & Housing 2015-16.
