Square Yards to Conduct India wide Training for Real Estate Brokers and Agents

Delhi, October 12, 2015 : Square Yards, real estate aggregator & India’s largest player in primary residential sales is going to conduct nationwide training sessions for real estate brokers & agents under the Square Connect Program. Starting from 7th of October, the event will be conducted across Six Indian cities- Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Thane, and Ahmedabad& Chennai. So far over 3000 participants have preregistered to learn about the app & understand how it can add value to their existing top &bottom line.

Square Connect, the mobile-only aggregation platform for primary real estate has already pre-enrolled 10,000+ real estate brokers across 12 different cities & has tie ups with 25+ top stock broking firms, financial institutions and online firms.

“It aims to reach 100,000 brokers and hit 100+ institutional tie ups by the end of FY16. This would be the largest distribution network of primary real estate anywhere in the world.” Says Sahil Shah, Principal Partner of Square Yards & Head of Square Connect App.

Small real estate brokers and agents have excellent local relationships with customers but they are limited in their ability to source good deals from grade-A developers, due to lower number of transactions. Hence most of these agents are forced to then work with smaller developers or resell where margins values are not very high. Likewise, independent financial consultants and stock broking firms, in spite of having a large and influential customer base, are not able to offer real estate asset class to their clients because of their lack of relationships with the developers.

“Brokers and agents who are enrolled for the Square Connect program can use the app to view exclusive sourced deals from grade-A developers in top Indian cities, do bookings through the platform and track status of their payments with complete transparency. The app provides a dashboard to view complete transactional details and history of a booking and gives notifications on key changes in the status of the transaction like client KYC approval, slab confirmation, collections from developers and payments of earned brokerage. Interestingly, the app also provides Relationship Manager & Customer Relationship Manager to ease out the operational difficulties faced by brokers while dealing individually with the developer.“ Adds Sahil.
