Square Yards Acquires Oryden Tech Labs to Augment its Digital Capabilities

New Delhi, October 21, 2015: Indian real estate aggregator platform Square Yards acquires Oryden Tech Labs, a creative & design studio based out of Ahmedabad.

Square Yards has announced the acquisition of Oryden Tech Labs, a creative & design studio that specializes in 3-D architectural designs, process visualization, digital walk through & virtual reality for an undisclosed sum. The entire team of Oryden will join Square Yards.

It is the 3rd Acquisition in a year for Square Yards, after realizing.in & LUXE were roped in. The latter was a Singapore based luxury realty agency whereas the former was an innovative search & discovery portal acclaimed for having best of algorithmic & analytics based property research.

Founded by Keyur Bhalavat, an IIM-Ahmedabad alumnus & Ravi Patel, a design specialist, Oryden started as a 3-D architectural design studio but soon ventured into various other design services like industrial process design & virtual reality setups for products and buildings.
