“Spring House” launches its new co-working facility in Noida in collaboration with “Design Factory India”

New Delhi, December 23, 2017: Spring House, a chain of collaborative work spaces that provides a nurturing environment for start-ups to grow, has added another feather to its cap. It has partnered with Design Factory India to offer new co-working space in Noida for start-ups, SMEs, online professionals, freelancers and teams of large corporate houses.

The collaboration with Design Factory India, a premier experience design firm, is Spring House’s strategic move towards becoming one of the pioneers in providing co-working space to creative and design centric start-ups & professionals in Delhi/NCR region.

Through the new facility, Spring House is offering a sprawling 6,500 sq ft space to its clients. The range of amenities include high speed Wi-Fi connectivity, 100% power backup,  complementary tea/coffee, subsidised food and snacks from the common café’ and printing/scanning services. They noted that stable interest rates will continue to support buyer confidence, provide financial predictability for developers, and sustain the momentum witnessed in the residential real estate market.
