Signature Global received Occupation Certificate for 2200 Affordable Housing Flats; the company plans to deliver another 5500 flats within FY 2021-22

‘Grand Iva’ and ‘Orchard Avenue’, sector 103 and sector 93 of Gurugram will offer possession soon 

Gurugram, April 23, 2021: Signature Global, a leader in affordable housing, has announced that it has received Occupation Certificate for two of its Affordable housing projects in Gurugram. The possessions for 9 acres project ‘Grand Iva’ in Sector 103, Dwarka Expressway and 5 acres project ‘Orchard Avenue’ in sector 93, Gurugram will follow soon. Under Haryana Affordable Housing Policy, both of these projects offers 1 and 2 BHK units in various sizes.
