Signature Global launches Orchard Avenue 2 in Gurugram with an investment of Rs 175 Crores

Gurugram, September 20, 2019: Signature Global, the pioneers of affordable housing with an aim to contribute the most towards Prime Minister’s vision of ‘Housing for all 2022’, created the history by announcing ahead of the festive season its 15th affordable residential project Signature Orchard Avenue 2 in Sector 93, Gurugram with an investment of Rs 175 crore. Spreading to an area of 5 acres the project has easy and close connectivity to NH8, Pataudi Road, Dwarka Expressway, KMP Expressway, IGI Airport, IMT Manesar.

Expected to be completed in 4 years, the project is under Haryana Affordable Housing Scheme (HAHS). Designed by Padma Bhushan Architect Hafeez Contractor Orchard Avenue 2 offers in all 720 units including 680 2BHK units and 40 3 BHK units with price ranging from Rs 21.96 lakh to 26.15 lakh. It is the third project launched by the group in this fiscal after The Millennia II Sector 37D in Gurugram and Signature Global Park, Sector 36, Sohna, South of Gurugram. Situated near DLF Town Heights and DLF Garden City, the project is surrounded by multiple group housing and township developments, commercial projects, hotels and educational institutions.

Signature Global has already 12 affordable group housing projects across Haryana in prime locations of Gurugram, Sohna and Karnal under Haryana Government’s Affordable Housing Scheme, 3 affordable projects under Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna and 1 Commercial project in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. The group by delivering Solera in sector 107, Gurugram, set a milestone of delivering the project 4 years ahead of the stipulated time. Besides Solera, the group plans to deliver other projects Synera in Sector 81, NH8, Gurugram (820 units) and Andour Heights in Sector 71, NH8, Gurugram (980 units)  in Gurugram, complete with retail centres in this year. The group has announced possession of 18 units at Sunrise in sector 35, Karnal.

RBI Holds Repo Rate at 5.25%; Realty Industry Sees Stability as Growth Driver The Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) decision to maintain the repo rate at 5.25% and retain its ‘neutral’ monetary policy stance in the third bi-monthly Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) meeting of FY27 has elicited a measured response from the real estate industry. While the sector had hoped for a rate cut to further enhance home loan affordability and stimulate housing demand, industry leaders believe the RBI’s decision reflects a balanced approach amid elevated global uncertainties, volatile energy prices, and inflationary concerns. They noted that stable interest rates will continue to support buyer confidence, provide financial predictability for developers, and sustain the momentum witnessed in the residential real estate market.
