National, November 06, 2020: Signature Global, pioneers in the affordable housing segment, has come up with an ad campaign that will connect emotionally with the target audience. The campaign is running on digital platforms and revolves around the central theme of owning a home; a dream which is now within every middle-class person’s reach. Keeping festival season as the background, the ad promotes the idea of today’s millennial gifting a home to his parents who could not afford to buy one throughout their life. The ad is in line with Signature Global’s tagline for affordable housing ‘Apna Ghar toh Apna hi hota hai’ and a newly created hashtag specifically for Diwali season #DiwaliApneGharWali.
Featuring renowned actor Piyush Mishra and famous TV actor Shakti Arora, it shows the elderly couple enjoying morning tea and reading Diwali greetings from the students to their retired Professor (played by Piyush Mishra). The wife then reminds him that it would feel even better, if these greetings could bear their own house’s address.
The couple then visits their son’s new home on Diwali as requested by him over a phone call and are surprised to see the nameplate. The nameplate bears the name of the father; Prof Deen Dayal Sharma, the son welcomes his parents and informs them that his new house belongs to them. Signature Global is calling it ‘Diwali Apne Ghar Wali’.
