Signature Global launches Gurugram’s Crowning Glory; 784 Luxury Independent Floors launched in Sector 81 and 92

Gurugram, September 11, 2021: Leading Real Estate Company Signature Global announced the launch of two projects in Sector 81 and 92. Signature Global City 81 and Signature Global City 92 are the 6th and the 7th residential projects under DDJAY by the company in sector 81 and sector 92 of Gurugram respectively. Spread over an area of 11.97 acres Signature Global City 81 will offer a Green Luxury Life within a plotted residential complex with Premium Independent Floors. Similarly, Signature Global City 92 is a 19.48 acres project out of which 10.3 acres will be developed in first phase of development. Both projects offer 4 Premium Independent Floors with parking in stilt and a dedicated lift on each plot. The projects will be embraced with dedicated Retail Hubs for the residents.

Sectors 81 and 92 are strategically located having a direct connectivity to Pataudi Road and NH8 respectively. The areas are surrounded by green belts as per the master plan of Gurugram. Sector 92 is among the greenest sectors of the city while sector 81 is inhabited with many luxury residential developments. 

The Independent Floors in the project will offer a personal space along with opportunity experience a luxury society life. Signature Global City 81 will see the development of 420 units in 105 plots for now while 364 units out of the total 1300 units will be open for booking in Signature Global City 92’s first phase. There will 2 types of floors in Signature Global City 81; 3BHK + 2 Toilets in 1095.34sqftand 2BHK + 2 Toilets in 954.66 sqft. Signature Global City 92 too will be coming up 2 types of floors; 2BHK + 2 Toilets in 959.14 sqft and 2BHK + 2 Toilets + Study in 1091.31 sqft.

The fact that the said projects are customized according to the changing needs of people due to the pandemic and lockdowns makes them unique. Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman, Signature Global Group & Chairman – National Council on Real Estate and Housing, ASSOCHAM, said, “During the pandemic people’s needs have changed, they want open green spaces around their home with possible amenities within the vicinity. There are special features like yoga and meditation lawn, jogging track, outdoor gym, badminton court, basketball court, skating rink, amphitheatre with a separate pet’s area among many others.

The company has also got International Green Certification through EDGE for 4 of its Projects in Gurugram and South of Gurugram while EDGE certification for Signature Global City 37D, Signature Global City 91 and Signature Global City 81 is under process.     

The land in Sector 81 is owned by Sternal Buildcon and Signature Global Developers Pvt Ltd in Sector 92. Both of these are subsidiary companies of Signature Global Group.The construction of the projects will begin after receiving the Environmental Clearance and the company will try to start delivering the floors in phased manner in 2 years. 

The floors in Signature Global City 81 starts from Rs 61.91 lakh plus additional charges and the floor price in Signature Global City 92 starts from Rs 54.47 lakh plus additional charges. 

A similar project, Signature Global City 37D in Sector 37D,Gurugram, on Dwarka Expressway has got an amazing response as half of the inventory has been sold since its launch on July 31, 2021. 

The company has launched 24372 units so far and intends to launch 4 of new projects under DDJAY in Gurugram in this FY. The company is also putting in the best efforts to deliver 5000+ units within the FY 2021-22. Signature Global is known to fulfill its commitments; it has delivered two of its Affordable Projects Orchard Avenue and Grand Iva in sector 93 and sector 103 respectively in Gurugram during the recent lockdown. They have also received Completion Certificate for Signature Global Park 2, sector 36, Sohna, South Gurugram.
