Signature Global City’s first lot of possession by Diwali

Karnal, June 23, 2020: Signature Global, the pioneers of affordable housing, announced that the first lot possession of Signature Global City will start from Diwali 2020 with the delivery of around 100 units. Situated in Sector 28A, Karnal, Signature Global City has Premium Apartments under Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna – Affordable Plotted Housing Policy, 2016. Signature Global City is strategically located that commands proximity and easy accessibility to main roadways, bus stands, commercial centers as well civic amenities such as premium schools and hospitals. And considering the shopping necessities of the residents, commercial zones have been planned within the development complex to serve them. The 2 and 3 BHK apartments are designed by Padmabhushan Architect Hafeez Contractor. The construction work is on and is going to pick up full speed as more labour is expected to join after health check-ups within a month’s time.

Commenting on the impeccable record of delivery, Mr. Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman, Signature Global and Chairman, National Council on Affordable Housing, ASSOCHAM, said, “The demand for Affordable Housing has increased manifold. In the post-COVID-19 situation, people would want to get hold of a good property to call their home. The realization of the importance of owning a house with safety and other facilities has dawned on people especially tenants as they have faced the challenges in this global pandemic. People who live in joint families but in smaller spaces wish a bigger and better space in a good environment now.”

For faster delivery of our projects, the company deploys innovative technologies like Aluminum Formwork to ensure speed, efficiency, and quality of construction. “We are dedicated to deliver affordable houses on time and want as many projects as possible with the focus on timely delivery maintaining the quality at the same time. Only when we work dedicatedly we will be able to achieve the target of ‘Housing for All’ by 2022. I want to send a message that there are options in everyone’s budget and one should go for it as real estate is an asset,” Mr. Aggarwal added.
