Signature Global bags ‘Developer of the Year – Residential’ along with other awards

New Delhi, December 02, 2021: Realty major Signature Global bagged four awards at the recently concluded 13th Realty+ conclave’s The Realty+ Excellence Awards North 2021. The company got Developer of the Year – Residential, ‘Affordable Housing Project of the Year’ for Grand Iva, ‘Project Launch of the Year’ for Signature Global City 37 D, and ‘Sustainable Business Leader of the Year’ for Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman, Signature Global India Private Limited.
Located in Gurugram’s Sector 103, Signature Global Grand Iva is spread across 9 acres; the project’s location, Gurgaon’s sector 103, is a rapidly growing area with extensive infrastructure. The sector is located near the Dwarka Express Highway, connecting it to the rest of the city. The project is 10 minutes away from Dwarka Expressway, 20 minutes from DPS Gurgaon, 20 minutes from ESI Hospital.
After successfully delivering six residential projects in Gurugram and Karnal in the last six years, Signature Global announced Signature Global City in sector 37D in August 2021. Spread over 20.589 acre, the project under Deen Dyal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY) will have 1296 Independent Floors. The project will have 324 plots, and will be developed with an investment of Rs 700 crore. Located two minutes from Dwarka Expressway, each plot is going to have four floors, and each floor can be separately registered. The low-rise premium floors in the gated residential complex will have stilt parking and a dedicated lift for each plot.
Talking about the appreciation in the form of awards, Mr. Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman, Signature Global, and Chairman, National Council on Affordable Housing, ASSOCHAM, said, “We have launched 22,000 units so far and intend launching more units soon. We would be in a position to launch a total of 30,000 units by the end of 2021. It has been a rewarding journey since we set foot in real estate in 2013 and the launch of our first project under the Haryana Affordable Housing Policy in Gurugram in 2014. In 2021, the company delivered two affordable housing projects i.e. Grand IVA & Orchard Avenue. The company received the OC of the projects during the Lockdown & initiated possession formalities as soon the lockdown was lifted. It also delivered Signature Global Mall in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. In total, the company has delivered 7 projects in the past seven years, which includes five affordable housing projects in Gurugram i.e. Solera in Sector 107, Synera in Sector 81, Andour Heights in Sector 71, Grand IVA in Sector 103, & Orchard Avenue in Sector 93; 1 DDJAY project in Karnal i.e. Sunrise The Premium Floors in Sector 35; and 1 Mall in Vaishali Ghaziabad Area i.e. Signature Global Mall.

RBI Holds Repo Rate at 5.25%; Realty Industry Sees Stability as Growth Driver The Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) decision to maintain the repo rate at 5.25% and retain its ‘neutral’ monetary policy stance in the third bi-monthly Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) meeting of FY27 has elicited a measured response from the real estate industry. While the sector had hoped for a rate cut to further enhance home loan affordability and stimulate housing demand, industry leaders believe the RBI’s decision reflects a balanced approach amid elevated global uncertainties, volatile energy prices, and inflationary concerns. They noted that stable interest rates will continue to support buyer confidence, provide financial predictability for developers, and sustain the momentum witnessed in the residential real estate market.
