Saya Group Partners with Lemon Tree Hotels to Manage and Operate 336 BIZTOP Business Class Suites at Saya SouthX, G-Noida West

New Delhi, June 24, 2025: In a landmark move set to redefine the contours of urban business hospitality, Saya Group has entered into a strategic agreement with Carnation Hotels Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, one of India’s premier hospitality chains.

As part of this collaboration, Lemon Tree Hotels will operate and manage 336 fully-serviced BIZTOP Business Class Suites at Saya SouthX, a flagship mixed-use development in Greater Noida West.

The commencement of this partnership aimed at delivering premium business accommodation solutions designed to serve the evolving needs of professionals, entrepreneurs, and corporate travelers in the region.

Located on the 7th to 25th floors of Saya SouthX, each BIZTOP suite averages 668 sq. ft., offering a smart mix of modern design, amenities, and professional service. The suites will be seamlessly managed by Lemon Tree Hotels under the BIZTOP brand, ensuring top-notch hospitality standards and operational finesse.

The project is expected to attract over 50,000 daily footfalls, catering to more than 5 lakh residents in the surrounding catchment.

With this venture, Saya Group solidifies its position in the luxury commercial real estate segment. The Group has already delivered 5.37 million sq. ft. of residential space and is currently nearing possession of 2.37 million sq. ft. of commercial projects, reinforcing its legacy of delivering excellence, innovation, and timely completion.
