New Delhi, Jan 29, 2015: SARE Homes , a FDI-funded residential real estate developer with seven integrated township projects in India, is introducing an offer of Smart Advantage Payment Plan for its projects at SARE Crescent Parc, Sector 92, Gurgaon, in which customers get a chance to avail their dream home by paying 2 per cent of the total cost as down payment.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. Vineet Relia said, “Taking one more step ahead to help the customers own their dream home, we have introduced a Smart Advantage Payment Plan where one can buy an apartment with a down payment of 2 per cent of its total cost following which they will have to pay the remaining 18 per cent in 9 instalments within two years of the allotment. We took this call keeping in mind the basic problem which people face – to organize the hefty sum of down payment – which often deters buyers to go ahead with their decision to own a home. This plan will no doubt ease the burden.”
Following the overwhelming response which SARE Home’s Smart Advantage Payment Plan received in Ghaziabad and with increasing request from interested customers to make it available in other project locations, the company is extending it to its premium properties at the Crescent ParC Township.
