Sanjeevini Group launches luxury residential project The Adwaith in Gunjur, Bengaluru with Rs 1,200 cr sales potential

Bengaluru, September 02, 2025: Bengaluru-based real estate developer Sanjeevini Group today announced the launch of a luxury residential project “The Adwaith” in Gunjur, Bengaluru East with a sales potential of Rs 1,200 crore.

The project will be developed under a Joint Development model with landowners.

Spread across 8.3 acres with a total built-up area of approximately 17 lakh sq.ft..The project will have 668 units across 5 towers in 3 & 4BHK configurations.

The units are priced upwards of Rs 1.7 crore.

RBI Holds Repo Rate at 5.25%; Realty Industry Sees Stability as Growth Driver The Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) decision to maintain the repo rate at 5.25% and retain its ‘neutral’ monetary policy stance in the third bi-monthly Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) meeting of FY27 has elicited a measured response from the real estate industry.
