Rutu Group has shared a very glorious history of its existence.

Mr. Pratap B. Patel, pioneer of Rutu Group, has played an active role in the infrastructure projects in the state of Maharashtra and completed various projects ranging from Buildings Roads, Canals and Tunnels in the year 1960. A visionary himself, Mr. Pratap B. Patel foresaw the future boom in the real estate space and also realized the need for quality homes in 1970 which inspired him further to build Rutu Group.

After the first project of a seven-storey residential tower named Sagar Sangeet at Juhu, Mumbai in 1978, there was no looking back. Rutu Group’s success and progress accelerated with time. The company reached its new heights when Mr. Mukund P. Patel & Mukul P. Patel joined and ventured into mass housing projects in Mumbai, Thane and beyond.

Keeping in mind the ecological factor and the desire to build innovating projects, Rutu Group has flourished and prospered over the years.
