Rivali Park Promotes Education by Joining Hands with Save the Children India Foundation

New Delhi, March 16, 2016: Rivali Park a project under CCI Projects,in association with Save The Children India has undertaken an initiative to contribute and cater to the community development and the educational needs of underprivileged children.The partnership offers support under community initiatives in areas such as education, early childhood care, training workshops and hands on educational methodologies.

Rivali Park works in close association with the administration of Save The Children India to achieve community development goals that ensures sustainable development and higher standards of education for the underprivileged.

Education offers the youth a foundation to achieve their potential.Nestled under the auspices of Rivali Park, An exposure visit to Borivali National Parkwas conducted on the February 27,2016 for 55 Balwadi students for the age group between 3 – 5 years.The key objective behind the planning and execution of the trip was to acquaint the children with the aesthetics and importance of greenery, forests and its importance for posterity, in order to preach about curbing depletion and exploitation of limited natural resources.

The trip not only enlightened and educated the students about the beauty and significance of the environment but also delighted them with the recreational and fun frolic activities such as gaming sessions, vista of beautiful, rare species of trees, birds and animals etc. Rivali Park took an active initiative by funding the trip in terms of Travel, Food and Water.Around 8 volunteers from Rivali Park were on their toes for the successful execution of the visit ensuring a smile on the face of every student.
