Realistic Realtors Addresses Global Real Estate Conference in Bangkok, Thailand

LeadingRE APAC Forum attracts representatives from 14 countries.

New Delhi, May 20, 2019: Realistic Realtors, India’s largest commercial real estate advisory firm has addressed the LeadingRE APAC Forum, recently held in Bangkok, Thailand, which attracted real estate leaders from 14 countries.

Mr.Pankaj Jain MD, Realistic Realtors was a key speaker at the LeadingRE APACForum; Attendees were members of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, a global network of 565 market-leading real estate agencies in over 70 countries. Additional guests and speakers included experts in the fields of economics, technology and marketing.

The program focused on the driving forces behind the thriving Asia-Pacific real estate market and other key destinations around the world, including Bangkok and Phuket, Thailand; Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Tokyo, Japan; New Delhi, India; and Berlin, Germany. Other topics included luxury marketing trends, innovations in digital marketing strategies and brand-building, and the future of real estate.

The conference hosted by LeadingRE, was designed to help members retain their competitive positions by understanding and responding to market trends and delivering a superior customer experience to home buyers and sellers.

RBI Holds Repo Rate at 5.25%; Realty Industry Sees Stability as Growth Driver The Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) decision to maintain the repo rate at 5.25% and retain its ‘neutral’ monetary policy stance in the third bi-monthly Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) meeting of FY27 has elicited a measured response from the real estate industry. While the sector had hoped for a rate cut to further enhance home loan affordability and stimulate housing demand, industry leaders believe the RBI’s decision reflects a balanced approach amid elevated global uncertainties, volatile energy prices, and inflationary concerns.
