RAMPRASTHA COLONY

Spread over 110 acres along Delhi-U.P. border, this developed colony is fully occupied. Some of the developed group housing projects in this colony include: IFCI Apartments, Park View Apartments I & II, Surya Apartments I, II, III & IV, Ramprastha Apartments, Corporation Bank Apartments, Kaladeep Mansion and Deepali Apartments.

Apart from residential spaces, there is provision to develop shopping centers, schools, water tanks, parks, play areas and religious spaces. The commercial projects in this colony include city center and super market, with 300 shops in each complex.

RAMPURI (Mahamaya Vihar)

Developed on similar lines as Ramprastha Colony, Rampuri is adjacent to the Delhi-U.P. border and is spread over an area of 80 acres. The residential project here is Alaknanda Apartments. Besides, the company has also developed seven commercial spaces in this colony. These include Kamla Market (with about 100 shops), Central Market (with 350 shops) and Central Market Extension (with 100 shops).

RAMPRASTHA GREENS

Ramprastha Greens, an integrated township spread over an area of 100 acres is being developed at Vaishali, Ghaziabad. This township will include lavish homes, apartments, pent houses, club, commercial center, institutional buildings, parks and playgrounds.

The residential projects are Pearl Heights, Pearl Apartment, Emerald Apartments and Emerald Court. Pearl Heights has 84 flats with 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms with an additional servant room. Running through the heart of this apartment cluster is a one-acre landscaping, designed to bring nature right to your doorstep. Gymnasium, guesthouses, multi-purpose hall, etc. are some of the available recreational options.

Pearl Court with 496 flats and Emerald Heights with 450 apartments are open projects. Pearl Court apartment cluster has 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms with a servant room in each flat. There is also a 3 acre landscaped garden. Emerald Heights has 3 and 4 bedroom flats with an extra servant room. Pearl Court and Emerald Heights, both have penthouses with elaborate terrace gardens.

Platinum Heights with 2400 flats and Park Sapphire with 1000 flats are projects that are in the pipeline.

Other projects being developed include Mega Mall, four-star hotel, business center and R Club. The Mega Mall is slated to be the largest shopping mall in NCR. R Club, an exclusive club spread over 6.5 acres, will offer innumerable recreational and leisure facilities.

RAMPRASTHA MEADOWS

Situated along the NH 24 bypass, this township, spread over an area of 135 acres, has Indirapuram, Sector 62 and Electronic city of NOIDA and C.I.S.F. complex in its neighbourhood. There is also a 24-acre resort apart from the referred area. This high profile township has provisions for resort and amusement park, IT Park, shopping mall and educational institutions. There is also a proposal to develop an eight-hole mini golf course.

Easy Accessibility

A milestone in improving connectivity and reducing distances is the metro services, the foundation stone for which has been laid on 13th September 2006. This metro line will run from Anand Vihar metro station via Kaushambi to Krishna Bhawan metro station in Vaishali. Krishna Bhawan metro station is just about 200 meters from Ramprastha Greens and the metro station in Sector 62 (Indirapuram) is about 100 meters from Ramprastha Meadows. Scheduled for completion by September 2009; the metro will take only 22 minutes to reach Rajeev Chowk (Connaught Place) from Vaishali. With the substantial reduction in commuting time, both Vaishali and Indirapuram are within easy reach from the national capital.
