According to a press release, the project with over 180 apartments is designed by an international architect firm from Germany. The façade is inspired by the Chettinad architecture.
The project at Guindy overlooking the race course will have three- to five-bedroom apartments with a five-star concierge service.
The luxury project will be sold on expression-of-interest basis with Puravankara inviting potential purchasers in the first phase.
Company officials told BusinessLine that houses in the project will be priced around Rs.12,500 a sq feet with apartments in the range of over Rs.2 crore. Business Line
