PropTiger’sGurugram Property Expo 2020, Receives Overwhelming Response

The 2-day event witnessed bookings worth Rs 500 million 

Gurugram, February 05, 2020: PropTiger, one of the leading real estate consultancies in India, received an overwhelming response from customers during its two-day Gurugram Property Expo, wherein several well-known builders showcased their ready to move-in landmark projects, comprising over 2000 no of flats to more than 700 people, who visited the expo and which resulted in close to bookings worth Rs 500 million.

Gurugram Property expo 2020, organised by PropTiger.com, that is part of Elara Technologies, the country’s only full stack real estate technology platform that also owns, Housing.com and Makaan.com, was a one-of-its-kind event, held on 1st and 2ndFebruary at Ramada Hotel, Sector 44, Gurugram.  Almost all major real estate developers participated in the expo, i.e. ATS, Godrej, Emaar, Ambience, Paras, Bestech and Anant Raj Group to name a few.

Speaking about the expo, Mani Rangarajan, Group COO, Housing.com, Makaan.com and PropTiger.com said, “the Expo was organised with an aim to provide a consolidated service offering under one roof to both home buyers and builders by giving buyers a plethora of attractive opportunities and builders a captive audience of interested buyers to enable transactions in a sluggish market where decision making is taking little longer than usual.

“The initial response from the visitors was exceptional and the event was a great success. We are expecting more bookings in the coming days which will further encourage us to organise more of these property expos in the near future”, Mr. Rangarajan added.

The expo offered cash discounts ranging between Rs. 1 Lac to Rs. 20 Lacs for on-the-spot bookings and various other incentives such as waiver of maintenance charges for one year and free club membership among others.

A wide range of housing projects were showcased at the Expo to attract potential customers from all walks of life. Almost all the projects showcased at the event boast of best in class infrastructure and are located at prime locations, giving the customers a wide variety of options to choose from.

Additionally, a presentation was given to visitors on the benefits of investing in residential real estate and on upcoming developments.
