Prestige Estates Q3 profit down

Bangalore February 6, 2014: – Prestige Estates Projects profit dropped 12.49 per cent to ₹80.55 crore for the third quarter (Q3) of 2013-14 compared with ₹92.05 crore in the corresponding period last year.

The company’s income from operations is also lower by 12.52 per cent at ₹430.46 crore compared with last year’s ₹492.07 crore. EPS stood at ₹2.30 (last year ₹2.81).
