Prajapati Hails CIDCO Online Approval System

This is in line with the Government’s plan to introduce the real estate regulatory bill that will bring in transparency, reduce corruption and malpractices indulged by certain elements in the industry. This system will help foster single window clearance in faster disposal of applications and every NOC will move simultaneously with deadline to the concerned officers added Mr. Prajapati.

This move should be applauded by industry as it makes use of digital technology, replacing the old ways of engineers visiting the project site to access project progress.
