Leading Navi Mumbai-Raigad realty developer and Managing Director of Prajapati Constructions, Mr. Rajesh Prajapati has welcomed the step initiated by CIDCO, to process approvals of projects through the online approval system for the real estate industry. This is an excellent initiative taken by CIDCO for the industry as a whole as it will bring increased transparency into the industry and will also reduce corruption said Mr. Prajapati
This is in line with the Government’s plan to introduce the real estate regulatory bill that will bring in transparency, reduce corruption and malpractices indulged by certain elements in the industry. This system will help foster single window clearance in faster disposal of applications and every NOC will move simultaneously with deadline to the concerned officers added Mr. Prajapati.
This move should be applauded by industry as it makes use of digital technology, replacing the old ways of engineers visiting the project site to access project progress. This will help in keeping a track of files so that there is no delay in the approval process. This will be a boon and should be started soon for the benefit of all concluded Mr. Prajapati.
