Polycab India Ltd. launches Experience Centre & Branch Office at Trivandrum, the capital of Kerala

Mumbai, March 07, 2020: Polycab India Limited (“Polycab” or the “Company”) inaugurated Polycab Experience Centre & Branch Office at Trivandrum, the capital of Kerala State. Mr. Kunal Jaisinghani, Head – Agri Products, Polycab India Limited, inaugurated Polycab Experience Centre at Manalil Heights, Ground Floor, Opp Fire Station, Housing Board Junction, Thampanoor, Trivandrum – 695001 in the presence of the senior management team members, several prominent business associates, influential and trade fraternity constituents.

Polycab Experience Centre showcases entire range of high quality, premium as well as value for money offerings. In Wires & Cables, Polycab has the widest range of power cables, control cables, instrumentation, building wires and industrial cables. The Experience Centre also showcases the company’s wide array of FMEG product portfolio consisting of Fan, Lighting, Switches, Switchgears, Conduit Pipes, Pumps, Geysers, Solar etc.. Polycab’s FMEG R&D activities will be focused on developing new products to capitalize on industry trends, including the move towards home automation and green or environmentally friendly products that consume less power. Polycab also intends to focus on street lighting with automated IOT based smart systems and other specialized products such as domestic and agriculture pumps amongst others.

The location of the showroom is in the heart of Trivandrum city with ample car parking for the customer to experience the unique feature of Polycab products. Retailers from upcountry markets can also visit and experience Polycab products & choose them.  Trivandrum branch office will service the local business and the surrounding areas & will help in deeper penetration. Till date, Polycab India Ltd has launched two Experience Centers at Mumbai and Pune, respectively.

RBI Holds Repo Rate at 5.25%; Realty Industry Sees Stability as Growth Driver The Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) decision to maintain the repo rate at 5.25% and retain its ‘neutral’ monetary policy stance in the third bi-monthly Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) meeting of FY27 has elicited a measured response from the real estate industry. While the sector had hoped for a rate cut to further enhance home loan affordability and stimulate housing demand, industry leaders believe the RBI’s decision reflects a balanced approach amid elevated global uncertainties, volatile energy prices, and inflationary concerns. They noted that stable interest rates will continue to support buyer confidence, provide financial predictability for developers, and sustain the momentum witnessed in the residential real estate market. Mr. Kamlesh Thakur, President, NAREDCO Maharashtra “The RBI’s decision to maintain the repo rate at 5.25% while retaining a neutral stance reflects a prudent approach amid global uncertainties and evolving inflation dynamics.
