Park Hotels to manage first overseas property in Morocco

New Delhi, December 12, 2015: The Park Hotels has entered into management services and marketing agreement with Sahara Palace Marrakech in Morocco, the company said in a statement on Tuesday. The property opened under the new management effective September 2015.

With this, the palace hotel in Morocco has become the first international property for the Indian hospitality company.

Priya Paul, Chairperson of The Park Hotels said, “Along with the strong Moroccan accents throughout the property, there are a number of Indian design influences, making the hotel a great fit for us as hoteliers from the subcontinent.”

Sahara Palace Marrakech has 89 guest rooms, 15 luxurious suites, and four exclusive Riads. Each Riad consists of 36 rooms, including four luxury suites and one family suite, complete with a private outdoor space and gardens. The property houses four restaurants, two bars, spa, among other facilities.-BusinessLine
