NIREM to help make RERA Compliance Simpler!

New Delhi, May 08, 2017: NIREM is organizing a one-day training program on RERA compliance in Uttar Pradesh to help make compliance simpler for property developers and consultants. The program is scheduled on 19th May, 2017 at Delhi.
Applicable on both new and ongoing projects for which a completion certificate has not been granted, the RE (R&D) Act 2016 and the state RERA rules have significantly enhanced the accountability & liability of property developers and consultants. Any violation of the RERA provisions attracts fines, enforcement actions and the invisible reputation risk for the company, promoters and partners.
Therefore it is essential for real estate organizations to put in place a structured RERA compliance management system and process. Property developers and consultants need to streamline their processes, form teams and train employees in almost all departments on the new regulatory provisions.
The RERA Compliance Training program by NIREM Institute of Real Estate Management aims to help real estate developers, consultants and other stakeholders understand RERA compliance issues in U.P. and develop a team of trained RERA compliance professionals. The program will also help in establishing effective compliance system, process and documentation and managing sales and marketing activities as per RERA provisions. Participants from different functional areas can understand the role of RERA in their day-to-day working. Interested participants can register online by visiting nirem website at www.nirem.org
The program is suitable for all real estate professionals including Sales & Marketing, Project, Contracts, Compliance, Commercial, Liaisoning, Accounts, Finance, Legal, CRM, Operations, Advisory & Consulting Service professionals. The program is also suitable for Banking & Finance professionals, VCs & private equity investors, Govt. officials, advocates, home buyers & retail investors, journalists etc.
