Ninad is the founder and creative lead of JTCPL Designs. Hailing from a family of distinguished architects he discovered his passion for the field at a very young age and pursued it fully while studying at the Academy Of Architecture, Mumbai.

More than a creative head he is our motivator in chief, inspiring us to excel with every client and every project. He thrives under pressure and his enthusiasm for always delivering his best is infectious. Ninad is a keen student of people and his insights into how people work and stay motivated act as valuable guides in all we create. His personal design philosophy is characterized by simplicity, distinct lines and forms and by its scalability. He was selected as one of the top 50 Architects in the country by Architect and Interiors India at the iGEN Design Forum 2012.
