Newly launched ‘Kalpataru Immensa’ sells 700 apartments

Mumbai, May 28, 2016: Kalpataru Limited, India’s leading premium and luxury real estate developer, today announced that it has sold 700 apartments at its newly launched Project Immensa at Thane. This represents 70% of the 1000 apartments available for sale in the current phase of the project. The largest number of bookings were received in the 2BHK category, followed by 1BHK and 3BHK.

Project Immensa is Kalpataru’s premium residential development and will become part of its proposed master planned township development on Kolshet Road in Thane.
