New Delhi, June 26, 2015
Tanuj Shori, CEO and Co-Founder of Square Yards while expressing his views on New engines of growth said that “We welcome these ‘new engines of growth’ launched by PM Narendra Modi. This initiative launched by the government today will help develop much needed quality infrastructure in India and will also lead to growth in our economy. Even the basic amenities are not available in many parts of the country, but with this initiative, government promises 24 hour water and power supply, world class transportation system, better education and recreational facilities, e-governance and environment-friendly atmosphere, which will enhance the lifestyle of people. Mr. Tanuj Shori further added that “Growing urbanization has always been a major challenge, but if seen otherwise it is also an opportunity that can drive growth. This step taken by the government opens door to a massive opportunity for the real estate sector. It will not only help in creating job opportunities, but will also facilitate corporates and industrialists to acquire spaces by way of specialized government schemes. If implemented well, it will be extremely beneficial for the real estate sector.””
