NAREDCO Maharashtra Appoints Pratik Kataria as Joint Treasurer, Reinforcing Financial Governance

Mumbai, March 05, 2024 NAREDCO Maharashtra proudly announces the appointment of Pratik Kataria as the Joint Treasurer, effective February 2024. Having previously served as a Committee Member, Pratik brings his wealth of experience and expertise to this new role, contributing to the continued success of NAREDCO Maharashtra. Prior to assuming a position in the committee, Pratik served as President of NextGen Committee, Secretary, President-Elect at NextGen, NAREDCO Maharashtra and Secretary for the NextGen NAREDCO Maharashtra Committee.

Additionally, as the Director of Sainath Developers – The House of Kataria, Pratik has emerged as a dynamic force in the Real Estate and Investment sector. As a second-generation entrepreneur, he swiftly propels the family venture alongside his brother Mr. Kunal Kataria. Founded in 1986 by Mr. Kanaiya D. Kataria, Sainath Developers boasts a three-decade legacy marked by reliability, resoluteness, and thoughtfulness. With over 20 completed projects, 30 buildings, and the satisfaction of 1500 families, Pratik’s visionary leadership continues to fulfill the dream of home ownership for many.

In his capacity as Joint Treasurer, Pratik will play a pivotal role in guiding and advising the NAREDCO Maharashtra Secretariat alongside the Treasurer. His role includes meticulous financial planning, budgeting, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing regular financial reports in order to take strategic decisions. Additionally, he will manage banking relationships, oversee investments, ensure tax compliance, and facilitate transparent communication with the Managing Committee.
