Modon Properties inaugurates its state-of-the-art sales centre

Abu Dhabi, March 29, 2018:  Modon Properties, an Abu Dhabi Master Developer building vibrant and sustainable communities and strategic mixed-use development,inaugurated its state-of-the-art sales centre located in Al Bustan Tower today.

The sales centre is fitted with the latest technology, allowing Emirates to design and visualise their customised dream homes on screen in minutes. The different villa configurators in the centre allow homeowners to view floor plans, renders and fly-throughs as well as choose from a range of layouts and finishes.

Emirati nationals who have already been allocated plots of land with loan by the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority will have the option to appoint Modon Properties to streamline the process of developing their homes hassle-free as of Q2 2018. Visitors will be able to visit the centre Saturday to Thursday by booking an appointment online. The centre will be open from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The sales centre will move to the ‘Modon Show Village’ permanently once complete, and 10 – 4 PM on Saturday

Abdulla Al Sahi announced an additional six villa designs. This brings the total villa options to 17,all of which were developed based on the results of the “Build Your Happiness” survey conducted by Modon Properties to identify the different preferences and needs of Emirati families when building their dream homes.
