Mantri Developers introduce 4D property viewing in India

Bangalore, October 12, 2015: Mantri Developers, one of India’s most trusted real estate groups, becomes the first developer in India to launch 4D viewing experience for their projects -Mantri Vantage and Mantri Energia. They have partnered with the IIT Mumbai churned tech group OOBI for this one of its kind initiative. Tapping today’s digital potential, Mantri Developers introduced 4D viewing to aid customers with a real life experience of their projects at their fingertips. Additionally, customers can avail 5% discount on all Mantri properties if bought online between 12th October and 11thNovember.

The 4D view will go up one step beyond 3D modelling by providing an interface that will facilitate home buyers to experience the look and feel of its properties with representative details and lively animations.

4D view will not only benefit customers with a view of the property from all angles but will familiarise them with views of the residential units during different times of the day — morning, noon or evening — with track of sunrays and light entering from different directions. Additionally, this feature, enabled for Mantri Vantage and Mantri Energia projects, also shows availability of each residential unit in real time and provides a lifelike interface to see the residential towers from all angles.

Backed with an exhaustive range of information on its properties like details on availability status of apartment units to balcony views and apartments in residential projects, this will also facilitate online payment for interested buyers through advance payment for selected properties via secure online Mantri payment gateway.

Speaking about the introduction of 4D viewing experience, Miss Priyanka Mantri, Digital Marketing Head at Mantri Developers Pvt Limited, said, “We are extremely proud to be India’s First Real Estate Company to announce the launch of 4D viewing experience for our customers. Mantri has taken a special step in evolving in the digital world and bringing the best to its customers. Especially as festivities are around and the auspicious occasions impact important investment decisions of Indian customers, we felt the need to explore the full potential of technology to ease their investment process. Also, their readiness to adopt technology for faster and convenient ways of making home purchases made us come up with this technology. The introduction of the technology will benefit our end patrons who are well aware and willing to invest, but also usher a technology driven future for the Indian real estate sector.”

“This feature could specifically help Non-Resident Indians and customers staying away from the project location, who are looking to buy homes in India or tier 1 cities, or buyers looking to invest in real estate in India”, she added.
