Nashik, 13 Jan, 2015: Maitreya Realtors & Constructions Pvt. Ltd. (MRCPL), the construction arm of the Maitreya Group of Companies, took a charge of the beautifying traffic islands of Pathardi in Nashik allotted by Nasik Municipal Corporation. The occasion was graced byMayor of Nasik Corporation Mr. Ashok Murtadak. Present at the occasion were Local Corporator Mr Sudam Kombde,Mr. Pankaj Srivastava, Chief Operating Officer of Maitreya Realtors & Construction Pvt Ltd, Mr. Umesh Bhavsar, Regional Project Head, Maitreya Realtors & Construction Pvt Ltd along with members of Nasik division of Maitreya Realtors and locals from Pathardi.

The occasion began on an auspicious note by Mr. Ashok Murtadak, Mayor of Nasik Corporation with coconut ceremony . With a commitment to sustainable and all inclusive development of the society, four traffic islands of Pathardi area will be developed and maintained by Maitreya Realtors & Constructions Pvt. Ltd.
