Mahindra Lifespace gets NCLT’s nod for scheme of amalgamation

Mumbai, January 02, 2018:  Realty Major, Mahindra Lifespace Developers has
received the National Company Law Tribunal’s (NCLT) approval for the
Scheme of Amalgamation of Kismat Developers, Topical Builders,
Associate companies of the Company and Raigad Industrial Business
Park, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with Mahindra World
City (Maharashtra), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
The Scheme of Amalgamation has become effective from December 28,
2017, company said in filing with BSE.
