Mahagun Group Receives CC for its Greater Noida West Project

Greater Noida, March 09, 2017: Real estate developer Mahagun Group has received Completion Certificate for the first phase of it’s Greater Noida West project, namely Mahagun Mywoods.

The builder has received Completion Certificate for a total of 1,800 units approx. for Wings 1, 2 & 3 in it’s Phase-1 of Mahagun’s project in the region. The three wings in this phase are complete and ready for possession and comprises of total 10 towers of G + 22, whose Completion Certificate has been received. “With possession numbers increasing, the region of Greater Noida West will soon be evolved into a complete habitat. With possessions started in our project, we expect the home – owners to give their acceptance by mid and end of this month and see them shift to their new abodes”, said Dhiraj Jain, Director of Mahagun Group.

Work on the second and final part of the phase, comprising of approximately 800 units across 6 towers, is taking place at a rapid pace and in it’s final stages, and the possession for the same will be announced soon too. The entire project is spread across approximately 60 acres of land and will involve two more phases before completion.

With the FY 2017 approaching its final month, the company has given its buyers a reason to relax and celebrate, as it has also disseminated possession letters to the home-buyers of Mahagun Mywoods, located in Sector – 16 C of Greater Noida West. A total of 1800 possession letters have been granted to the home-buyers. Mahagun Group is one of the few developers in this region which has received completion certificate for all the towers in a single phase and offered possessions at such large numbers.
