JM Housing offers a New Payment Plane for this Diwali

Noida, October 14, 2014 :
After a successful start to the final festive season of the year, developers in NCR enjoyed a great footfall and conversion during the Navratris. In view to this, most developers are enticed to offer fresh payment plans specially designed for this year’s Diwali festival. JM Housing, realty major of NCR has come out with an exclusive payment plan for this Diwali.

The company is offering a unique ‘5:80:15’ scheme for its customers wherein; 5 percent of the amount is to be paid by the customer at the time of booking, 80 percent of the amount will be paid by the bank and the remaining 15 percent to be paid by the customer at the time of possession. The headache of EMIs will be borne by the company. The scheme doesn’t end here itself as there is an option if the customer wants to drop this offer after one year or after 40 percent payment, whichever is later. This scheme is only available on their ongoing project ‘JM Florence’, located at Greater Noida West. JM Florence is located at a prime location of Greater Noida. It is the combination of meticulously designed 2/3 BHK apartments with all modern amenities such as club, swimming pool, gymnasium, landscaped gardens, children’s park, power backup etc. Project is property linked by roads; public transportation is obtainable at a walking distance.
