iSprout expands its footprint in Hyderabad with the completion of iSprout Trinity & iSprout Twitza projects

India, March 08, 2023: iSprout; one of India’s leading managed office space brands today announced the completion and 100% occupancy of their two mega-projects in Hyderabad i.e iSprout Trinity & iSprout Twitza. The development is in-line with the $4M pre-series A round raised by the firm last year. 

iSprout Twitza is a premium centre at the upscale My Home Twitza in HITEC City and is the sixth centre of iSprout in Hyderabad. With approximately 85,000 sq ft of space, this centre can accommodate 1400 seats. The interiors of iSprout Twitza are inspired by the epic Mahabharata, a first-of-its-kind in India, with a strong message of ‘the idea of sacred duty.’ With a healthy mix of various echelons of the corporate world, this idea was conceived during the pandemic to provide and encourage all to come back to office with intricate interiors meticulously executed. 

Whereas iSprout Trinity is spanning over 1 lakh sq ft and boasts of western corporate-style interiors. It is designed to cater to the requirements of modern-day businesses and the interiors are designed in such a manner that it provides a comfortable yet professional environment to increase productivity and efficiency.
