Investors Clinic to organize Propfest 2019 in Singapore Post humongous success in Gurgaon and Noida

New Delhi, September 05, 2019: After achieving milestone for the biggest property show ‘Propfest’ in Noida and Gurugram, Investors Clinic now plans to bring the next edition of Propfest in the International real estate arena in Singapore on September 7 and 8. Propfest Singapore is aimed at NRIs planning to purchase properties in India.

The ‘Propfest’ in Noida and Gurgaon received overwhelming response from property buyers wherein over 500 on the spot bookings were made in various residential and commercial properties of NCR. Many leading developers like Gaursons, ATS, TATA, Godrej, ShapoorjiPallonji, Home and Soul were part of this mega event.

RBI Holds Repo Rate at 5.25%; Realty Industry Sees Stability as Growth Driver The Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) decision to maintain the repo rate at 5.25% and retain its ‘neutral’ monetary policy stance in the third bi-monthly Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) meeting of FY27 has elicited a measured response from the real estate industry.
