International Tech Park Pune Wins Best Commercial Project in Pune at the CNBC ‘AWAAZ’ Real Estate Awards, 2014

New Delhi, Jan 01, 2015:  Leading business space solutions provider, Ascendas Group is pleased to announce that its International Tech Park Pune (ITPP) won the Best Commercial Project, Pune at the ‘CNBC AWAAZ Real Estate Awards 2014’ held recently.

ITPP, Ascendas Group’s first IT Park in Maharashtra, developed as a joint venture with the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) is located at the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, 3rd Phase, Hinjewadi, Pune. Shri Venkaiah Naidu, Honorable Minister of Parliamentary Affairs, Urban Development, Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation was the Chief Guest at the award ceremony. Adjudged by an eminent panel of judges, the award was conferred on ITPP for the amenities it offered, progress of construction, and customers’ satisfaction.

ITPP’s Phase 1 ‘Cedar’ building is fully operational and offers 660,000 sq ft of business space. It is LEED India “Gold” pre-certified and enjoys 100% commitment from an eminent IT solutions company. The IT SEZ park has commenced the construction of its Phase 2 ‘Juniper’ building offering 615,000 sq ft of office space and is scheduled to be completed in early 2016.BWI
