Bookings to the tune of 32 Crore reflecting positive sentiments

Gurugaon, September 30, 2014 : The 45^th Edition of IndiaProperty.com’s flagship property show, Gruhapravesh concluded in the city on a positive note. The two-day event at EPI Center, Apparel House, Sector 44, Gurgaon, was inaugurated by Mr. Sushant Gupta, Head- CREDAI NCR and Shri Mahender Arora, CMD of Terra Group. The event showcased more than 50 new projects by 30 top builders from Gurugaon and Bhiwadi. 

The overall footfall count of the event crossed the 8000 mark with bookings worth 32 Crore, making the event a grand success. The event also garnered many on the spot and pipeline bookings, indicating positive buyer’s sentiment in the realty market.

Developers showcased an array of residential projects ranging from apartments, villas to individual homes. Some of the top builders who participated were Godrej Properties, Microtek Infrastructures, BDI, Ashiana, Ansal Housing, Terra Group and more. Most of the developers also offered financial help by providing home loan assistance through their banking partners.
