Indiamart leases 1.5 lakh sq ft in Assotech Realty’s project

India’s largest and world’s second-largest online B2B marketplace company INDIAMART INTERMESH LIMITED, has leased an office building spread over 1.5 lakh sq ft in Assotech Business Cresterra, Sector 135, Noida Expressway.

New Delhi, July 23, 2019: INDIAMART recently placed their IPO successfully which was oversubscribed by 36 times. Indiamart is now shifting its office to new international level IT Park “Assotech Business Cresterra (ABC)”, the state-of-the-art business hub managed in collaboration with CBRE, also a global leader in facility management services.

The office will have a capacity to seat around 2,000 employees. Located in Sector 135 on Noida Expressway. 1.8-million sq-ft Assotech Business Cresterra (ABC) is an integrated business park comprising 75,000 sq ft of retail spaces, around 1.6 million sq ft of office spaces across six towers and 195-key premium serviced suites managed by Lemon Tree Hotels.

Indiamart CEO Mr. Dinesh Gulati & Assotech Realty Director Mr. Salil Kumar concluded the agreement on 15th July 2019 for a lease period of 9 years.

Assotech Realty has completed the first phase of the project with a total salable area of 1.1 million sq ft. and the construction of the second phase is expected to complete by the second half of 2020. NOIDA is likely to be transformed into an affordable commercial hub after the announcement of Jewar Airport.

Information technology company Birlasoft, part of the CK Birla Group had leased around 3 lakh sq ft of space as their corporate headquarter in ABC, Office space provider Regus had leased around 16,000 sq ft of space for opening a business centre and Survey Sampling International had leased around 30,000 sq ft in Assotech Business Cresterra (ABC).
