Krish is a TEDx speaker on sustainable habitats and was a French government environment agency consultant on energy efficiency. He led a team to innovate and design India’s first energy information center. He is a Harvard business school executive education graduate on product development and innovation.

Prior to Brick Eagle, he was the CEO & Board member of BCIL ZED Habitats, a leader in sustainable construction. He is an Advisory committee member to GRIHA India green building certification standard. He is also a contributing author to urban energy source book of UN Environment Program.

Krish is sought after for strategic ideation and innovation exercises by enterprising entrepreneurs. His expertise in quality and innovation brings out the best in all IdeinLab members.

Radha Eswar is a green architect with over 2 decades of experience. She is the co-founder of IdeinLab Architects, a green architectural consultancy firm that is deeply committed to promote sustainable designs internationally.

Prior to founding IdeinLabs, Radha was one of the directors of BCIL, a sustainable builder organization in Bangalore. She studied Architecture at The School of Architecture and Planning, Chennai followed by a Masters in Building Sciences from IIT, Delhi.

Radha has pioneered research into sustainable architecture at a time when mainstream architecture was the norm of construction practices. She has led research in the following areas:

· ADB project to get efficient water supply to a locality in Dehradun

· Energy efficiency awareness creation in India through ADEME

· A sourcebook on Urban Energy Efficiency for UNDP

· A homegrown process for innovation

· Million seed ball campaign in Bangalore

· Enabled 17 awards for BCIL while serving as one of its Director.

Radha is passionate about plants that gave birth to ArtyPlantz, a social enterprise with the mission to connect people to plants.

She works in collaboration with the Foundation for the Revitilisation of Local Health Traditions (FRLHT), which has 16 years of documenting medicinal plants and trees of India, started by Dr. Darshan Shankar and chaired by Sam Pitroda and ASTRA, the sustainable construction department within IISc Bangalore.

Radha’s innovations in design are strongly punctuated with innovative water, energy and waste management and efficient and cost-effective construction techniques. Her latest revolution in the landscaping areas is in creating “Food Forests” and “Empowering Gardens” using only native species and medicinal plants that are easy on maintenance and friendly to the planet.
