Hyderabad Based Real Estate Project-BRC Sri Hemadurga Sivhills gets CRISIL Star Rating

Hyderabad February 18, 2014:- “BRC Sri Hemadruga Sivhills—Phase 1(building E & Building G)” of Hyderabab based “BRC Infra Private Limited” gets CRISIL’s Real Estate City Star Ratings.

CRISIL, a global analytical company providing Ratings, Research and Risk & Policy Advisory services after due consideration assigned a “Hyderabad 5 Star(pronounced “Hyderabad 5 Star) rating to the captioned real estate project—“BRC Sri Hemadurga Sivhills—Phase 1(Building e & Building G)”. The Rating ‘City 7 Star’ is the highest rating and ‘City 1 Star’ is the lowest rating in the category. BRC Sri Hemadurga Sivhills got 5 Star.

This Rating indicates the quality of the real estate project as per specifications, a communication received from CRISIL says. CRISIL also rated the bank facility of BRC Infra Pvt Ltd as BB-/Stable (Assigned).

CRISIL’s Real Estate City Star rating reflects CRISIL’s opinion on the quality of the real estate project as per specifications.

CRISIL Real Estate Star Ratings provide city specific all-round assessment of real estate projects and help buyers benchmark and identify quality projects within their city.

CRISIL Real Estate Star Ratings address two critical needs in the realty sector: improved transparency and objective benchmarking of projects.

Star Ratings is based on an eight-point scale that is specific to the city— from ‘City 7-Star’, the highest, to ‘City 1-Star’, the lowest being ‘Non-Deliverable Project’. In this case BRC Sri Hemadurga Sivhills got Hyderabad 5 Star Rating. It is one of the very few projects in city to have got CRISIl Ratings.

BRC INFRA is a one and half decade old company engaged into Residential & Commercial properties, launched its ambitious residential project under its flagship brand “Hemadruga” a18 months ago. Christened as BRC Sri Hemadurga Sivhills, it is a premium gated community.

RBI Holds Repo Rate at 5.25%; Realty Industry Sees Stability as Growth Driver The Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) decision to maintain the repo rate at 5.25% and retain its ‘neutral’ monetary policy stance in the third bi-monthly Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) meeting of FY27 has elicited a measured response from the real estate industry. While the sector had hoped for a rate cut to further enhance home loan affordability and stimulate housing demand, industry leaders believe the RBI’s decision reflects a balanced approach amid elevated global uncertainties, volatile energy prices, and inflationary concerns. They noted that stable interest rates will continue to support buyer confidence, provide financial predictability for developers, and sustain the momentum witnessed in the residential real estate market. Mr. Kamlesh Thakur, President, NAREDCO Maharashtra “The RBI’s decision to maintain the repo rate at 5.25% while retaining a neutral stance reflects a prudent approach amid global uncertainties and evolving inflation dynamics. While the industry was hopeful of a rate cut, policy stability itself provides confidence to both developers and homebuyers. With borrowing costs remaining unchanged, housing demand is expected to continue its momentum, particularly in the mid-income and premium segments.
